Wine and Cheese Pairing Blog Report 1

Here is a blog over a wine and cheese pairing I did with some friends! We had three different wines and cheeses, we paired each wine with each cheese and these are my notes and pictures from the fun experience! The Friends: Please note that we had to cut up and take our own cheese to the restaurant, as we forgot Oklahoma has a super lame law that prohibits buying alcohol on a Sunday. :)  The Wines: Wine Number 1 Name: Vino Pinot Grigio Variety: 100% Pinot Grigio Region: Washington State Country: US Year: 2014 Price: $8.00 per glass My review: I liked this wine, it had a light body with a refreshing after taste. There was a little acidic kick to it, but nothing major. It was an easy to drink white wine with floral aromas on the nose.
