My review: I really enjoyed this bottle. Fun fact, my mom just got back from touring the actual Chateau Set Michelle vineyard in Woodinville, WA. She loved this bottle so much that she order a case and it is currently being shipped to our house. We were at dinner and she saw it on the menu I had to try it. I found it to be crisp and refreshing, as well as being light in body. It had a slight ting of acidity that left your mouth feeling replenished and ready for more. I would highly recommend this wine and cannot wait to drink more of it in the future. I paired it with a salmon and rice dish and I thought it partied well.
